The inmate sued the state of Michigan because it has forbidden him to have pornography in his cell.
Kyle Richards, 21, claims he has been subjected to cruel and unusual punishment and that his rights were violated in Macomb County Jail. The document says that he suffers from the syndrome of chronic masturbation and pornography ban is a barrier to medical treatment.
